Yoga with Ro was wonderful , the space is comfortable and inviting. The music selection was nice & the affirmations at the end of class with a wonderful touch! ill definitely be back.
Ramoni is so passionate about providing her students with a safe space to practice yoga that is curated specially for women of color. She does not skimp on leading a class that not only makes your body feel good but also your soul.
I feel like Glow with R.O. Yoga is a hidden gem. I’ve been making this yoga class a practice during my postpartum era and I feel so good when I leave. I’ve been 3x now and I have no complaints. I’m glad I found Ramoni she’s intelligent in her craft and the atmosphere she provides is relaxing and empowering. The sweat, the burn in the muscles is all worth it.
Love Love Love the class. This is now my go to for yoga 🫶💜
This was my first ever group yoga class and Ro made me feel very calm and relaxed , definitely will make this an on going self care treat
I loved this class and being around other women who looked like me. It was such a fun and safe space for a beginner to yoga. I will be back for more classes. If other types of classes like learning to stretch correctly are offered count me in.
Ro snapped with this plan! Started using it after we finished our personal training sessions and I don’t feel like I’ve lost a beat at all. The meal plan is also SO helpful and there are so many different options for me to pick from which is great. The workouts are gonna work you and I love that because I’m already seeing results a week in! Definitely recommending this to all my homegirls, stallion bodies loading!!

Came across this class at the beginning of the year on Tik Tok when I was looking for a new form of self care & fitness. I didn’t know what to expect since I was new to yoga but it has since become the highlight of my week! I love being in a room full of black women of all shades and sizes not only doing yoga but also releasing negative stale energy and receiving the weekly positive affirmations all to the sultry sounds of R&B. Ro is such an amazing instructor and a gem for giving us this safe space.
My fiancée and I attended her Cowboy Carter class and had such a great time. We both felt safe within the space. The workout was solid and I’m definitely sore the day after. Can’t wait to do this more regularly.
I walked into a calm, creative, inclusive space filled with black women. I love being in a room full of supportive people, free of judgement. In a room full of women who look like me, allowed me to truly open myself to positive energy and love who I am. I definitely will be back!
I was so excited when I saw that RO was putting out a workout plan! I’ve been hesitant about lifting weights, but this program completely changed my perspective. I love that it was designed specifically with women in mind, and it inspires empowerment and confidence. I really love that it includes both the traditional exercises and body weight movements, which makes my workouts feel well rounded. The instructions are super clear and having the video demonstrations really help me make sure that I’m using the proper form and technique. Even though I’m still early on in the program, as the days have gone by, I’ve noticed visible changes, and my clothes are even getting a little baggy! I also really appreciate having the meal plan suggestions, since figuring out my meals always causes stress. This plan has been a GAME CHANGER for me, and I recommend people give it a try, whether they are a beginner or not, because it's giving HOT GIRL
First things first, stepping into Hip Hop & R&B Slow Flow gave me a sense of calm. Being a plus-size woman often I feel uncomfortable and judged working out in public or in a group setting. The instructor was kind and gave me the confidence to trust my body throughout the workout. This class made me love my body and realize how strong I am. Thank you! :)

I've been trying to lose weight for a few years now after having my baby and it's been extremely challenging, but this really helped. I liked that we had a lot of options on the meal plan because my biggest struggle is usually trying to figure out what to eat. The workouts are great. I was nervous to workout at home because I didn't think I could get a good workout in, but I did! I was sore for the first week but once i got the hang of everything i felt great. I am down 8 pounds in 3 weeks and I'm excited to keep going
