All sales are final, and refunds are not available. You may reschedule your class with at least 2 hours' notice by emailing info@glowwithro.com. If no notice is given and you miss class, a reschedule or credit will not be issued.

Please Purchase Only One Spot Per Person. For security and a smooth class experience, only the name on the attendance list will be admitted. If your booking name doesn’t match, access won’t be granted. Thanks for understanding. I can’t wait to flow with you!

How It Works:

  1. Reserve your spot for class.  
  2. Get the Zoom link (emailed within 2-8 hours. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam folder).
  3. If you don’t see the link in your email, check your Zoom app. The link will be listed under upcoming meetings for the email address you used to sign up.
  4. Join from anywhere. No commute, just relaxation.
  5. Enhance your experience with the relaxing playlist.

  • Do I need to be flexible or experienced?
    Nope! This class is beginner-friendly. Whether you need a deep stretch, stress relief, or just want to flow to good music, you’re in the right place.
  • What do I need?
    Just a yoga mat (or towel), water, and a quiet space to move.
  • Will I be on camera?
    Totally up to you! Keep your camera on or off—no pressure.
  • What should I wear?
    Anything comfy; leggings, joggers, or a loose tee. Whatever lets you move freely.

Such a Pleasure to Cry in a Safe Space!

Yoga has always forced me to center myself and really be in tune with my mind and body. The Slow Flow session forced me to be in my own heart and mind (in the best way possible) giving myself grace that I haven't given for a long time. I'll be joining the Tuesday sessions working on healing my mind, spirit, and body!

I have considered trying Yoga for some time, and am happy to have found this class. I have enjoyed the pace, and the affirmations are always spot on. Additionally, even though I am on the plus side and some of the poses are challenging, I have been able to push through and feel encouraged in each class.
