A: To ensure a seamless check-in process and allow for a peaceful start to your yoga journey, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Please be advised that no entry will be permitted after 7:05 PM. This policy minimizes disruptions and helps create a harmonious environment for everyone in the class. Your prompt arrival is greatly appreciated!

A: Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Most importantly, bring your positive energy—we've got everything else covered!
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes! You can park in front on Crenshaw Blvd., on the side street, or in the back lot next to the black door. You will see "8503" above the door.

A: Yes, cell phones are allowed for recording purposes, as some students like to record themselves. However, texting and calls are not permitted during class to maintain a focused environment.
