R&B Slow Flow is the class designed specifically for you. This beginner-friendly, slow paced yoga class allows you to take it easy, stretch, and breathe deeply. All while moving to the relaxing R&B slow jams.

Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: While we love children, this class is designed for adults 18+ only. We strive to maintain a peaceful, focused environment where you can fully connect with your body and mind.

Q: Do I need to be athletic to attend?
A: Not at all! This class is for all fitness levels, especially beginners. Whether you’re looking to release tension, gently stretch, or simply relax, this class is perfect for you.

Q: How early should I arrive?
A: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to check in and get settled. To ensure the class starts on time and flows smoothly, we close the doors once the session begins. Arriving early allows you to ease into your practice with a calm mind.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Please bring your yoga mat, towel, water, and your positive energy. We’ll take care of the rest to make sure you feel supported and comfortable throughout the class.

Q: Is parking easy?
A: Yes, parking is convenient with a back lot available, and there is additional street parking nearby.

Q: Can I use my phone?
A: Feel free to record yourself during class, but please ensure your phone is on silent. This time is for you to fully engage in your practice and be present in the moment.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings, athletic shorts, or moisture-wicking tops. Please avoid jeans to ensure maximum flexibility and comfort during your practice.
